Class Overview

This class is meant to educate in how to use Foam rolls, trigger point balls, stretching and mobility drills to alleviate your body from aches and pains of desk jobs, long sitting, poor posture. Essential to destress key areas, becoming adaptively tighter and causing a snowball effect on connective tissues, muscles, tendons and quality of life. You will learn to get rid of most pains and stretch those areas inhibiting others to contract, so to better use your body and make the most out of your muscular system, mechanics and training
