Class Overview

This Training is designed to maximise your performance, whether you compete in any given sport or simply like your weekend run or ball game with friends. We condition those kinetic chains primarily engaged your sport We work on your endurance (cardio and muscular) and power development, improving mechanics and stress distribution, reducing risks of injuries Strength & Conditioning is what you need to give you the chance to win that competition or simply enjoying the game (and the day after!)
